1 on 1 personal training includes a one hour intake/assessment and practical evaluation to see where you are at in your fitness journey and discuss future goals.

My training services are unique in that you don’t just get training and then are left to your own devices. You get 24/7 support via text and email, nutrition and meal planning advice and accountability for your lifestyle habits.

This means you will not only receive evidence based fitness programs but will receive support and guidance when it comes to your recovery, mindset and nutrition.
